Every athlete deserves to understand the path ahead.
Power Sports Management gives schools a complete, plug-and-play Recruiting Support infrastructure built to educate athletes, equip families and support the people already leading them.
KNOWLEDGE
IS POWER.
The recruiting process is too important to leave to scattered advice.
Coaches care. Athletic leaders care. Families care. But the recruiting process is complex, constantly changing and different for every athlete.
PSM installs the structure around them, so athletes learn what to do, why it matters and how to follow through.
An exposure service, placement service or recruiting agent.
What the Annual Program Includes
One school-wide Recruiting Support infrastructure, delivered across the school year with institutional access for student-athletes and families.
RMS Platform access
Recruiting organization, resources, action steps, tracking and accountability that reinforce the live program.
Recurring live education
Recruiting education delivered throughout the school year, not a one-time presentation.
Two athlete learning tracks
One track for athletes newer to recruiting and one for athletes already deeper in the process.
Parent & family education
Dedicated guidance that helps families understand their role, the process and the decisions ahead.
Current college-athletics education
Practical education around recruiting rules, roster realities, NIL, revenue sharing and ongoing change.
Onboarding & launch
School alignment, athlete onboarding, platform setup, expectations and coordinated communications.
Ongoing PSM support
Education, guidance and reinforcement that help athletes apply what they learn and follow through.
School & coach support
Appropriate visibility, coordination and support without asking school staff to become recruiting experts.
Education becomes action.
PSM combines a structured education program with ongoing reinforcement. The result is not more information. It is better preparation, clearer decisions and consistent follow-through.
Align with school leadership
Confirm the program calendar, communication plan, launch expectations and school points of contact.
Bring athletes into the system
Introduce the program, establish expectations and organize each athlete's information and next steps.
Deliver the recruiting curriculum
Live seminars and workshops cover recruiting foundations, communication, college pathways, evaluation, decisions and transition.
Turn learning into follow-through
The RMS Platform supports organization, resources, action steps and accountability between live sessions.
Stay present throughout the year
PSM provides ongoing guidance to athletes and families while keeping school leadership aligned.
One body of knowledge.
Two learning tracks.
Athletes newer to recruiting build the foundation. Athletes deeper in the process receive the right pace, depth and emphasis for the decisions in front of them. Families learn alongside the program.
Recruiting education built from real-world experience.
PSM brings together perspective from multiple sides of recruiting: college athletics, coaching, athlete advisory, families and recruiting technology. The result is education that is practical, current and grounded in the decisions athletes actually face.

Different vantage points. One shared standard. Give athletes knowledge they can understand and a system that helps them apply it.
A complete annual program.
The school-level model is one institutional investment for school-wide access, not a collection of individual memberships.
12-month Recruiting Support infrastructure
within the current school-size benchmark band
Current-year proration
Final scope, applicable enrollment band, timing and terms are confirmed in the school agreement. Current-year investment can be prorated according to the agreed launch date.
The model stays consistent.
The funding path can adapt.
PSM can work with the school to identify the most practical route to launch while protecting program quality and athlete access.
School-funded
One commitment. School-wide access. The school funds the annual program directly and makes the full Recruiting Support infrastructure available to student-athletes across the school.
Sponsorship-funded
An approved business, donor, foundation or community partner may fund all or a portion of the institutional program, with appropriate recognition coordinated with the school.
Blended funding
The school and one or more approved sponsors share the annual investment, allowing PSM to preserve program quality while reducing the amount carried by any single funding source.
Interim family-funded path
If institutional funding is not immediately available, PSM can begin with education and provide families an optional pathway to participate directly while a longer-term school or sponsorship solution is developed.
Start with the School Recruiting Seminar.
A practical first step that delivers immediate value, introduces athletes and families to the PSM approach and gives school leadership a clear view of the full program in action.
Plan the seminar ↗“Knowledge matters.
Applied knowledge changes outcomes.”
Built to support the school, not add another burden.
No. PSM adds dedicated recruiting education and support around the people already serving athletes. Coaches and athletic leaders remain in their existing lanes.
No. PSM provides education, guidance, organization and accountability. PSM does not promise exposure, placement, offers or recruiting outcomes.
No. The infrastructure is designed to support athletes across sports, recruiting stages and realistic college pathways, not only the most visible recruits.
Yes. The seminar can begin the relationship immediately, and an approved interim family-funded path can provide optional direct support while longer-term funding is developed.
Give your athletes a system, not just advice.
Begin with the School Recruiting Seminar, then align the school-level program, launch timing and funding path.
